Most of us would never heard of the name Merdad before, including me. But after some homework, we found out that Merdad is a new player in the Euro tuning scene.The owner of the British based company once worked with the Gemballa, one of the highly reputable tuner of Porsche, Lamborghini and few other supercars. But since the disappearance of the founder of the company, Uwe Gemballa, he decided to venture in the tuning industry himself.
The two door Porsche Cayenne Turbo is Merdad very first project. The modification is a conversion kit from a four door Cayenne Turbo to a 2 door sports suv. The kit incorporates an aggressive looking bodykit with revised fascias, new side skirts, and massive alloy wheels. The interior will be refined to cope up with the fierce looking exterior.
To get things more interesting, the 4.8 liter twin turbo v8 engine will get some tweaks of its own. An estimated power output of 750 PS (552 kW / 740 bhp) is expected from the performance upgrade rocketing the car from 0-100km/h in only 4.4 seconds, more than enough to smoke a lot of sports car on the road.
