WHITE ANGELIC CHERY EASTAR MPV – MODIFICATION AND DETAILS

Featured here is our own kereta.info (KDI) reader Modified Chery Eastar MPV. First and foremost i would like to say thank you to the owner for giving me a good cooperation on explaining  his modification and providing his awesome Chery Eastar, In case you didnt know, the owner is  Sham from Batu Pahat Johor.

When the first time I saw the picture i was shocked.I couldnt believe my eyes.What a beauty it is. With the Angelic White coloured paint job, this mpv will sure float away and catch everyone’s attention. For me, his modification is worth all the money spent. Enough said, lets continue to the modification itself.

The chery Eastar is a very new car, furthermore, it is from a very new manufacturer which is just  landed on shore for just few years. So aftermarket accesories for this mpv would be almost impossible to find. So what did he do? Use other reknown mpv bodykit and customize it on his ride. And the base model that he choose is a NAZA RIA Vip Style.

The first modification done by him just like what everyone would normally do is the wheels. Sham opted for a set  of 17 inch alloy rims for his ride.The set of rims and tire set him back around RM2000-2500.By installing the  new rims, his car look more refreshed and the car look much more elegant then it previously were.

For the front bumper, Sham used the Naza Ria bumper. But he thinks the front cut of the Chery look to narrow, so he decided to widen the lower grill, to make his ride look much more wider. The Naza Ria bumper is not fitted directly to the car, instead both of the Eastar and Naza bumper was cut and combined. Other option would be evo style fiber bumper (maybe other style as well) which is originally design for Proton Waja.The bumper measurement matches the original Eastar Bumper.For the front logo he decided to remove it to give it a simpler look.

Looking from the side, you will see two sticker lining from the front to the back. This simple touches makes the car much more attractive. And the skirting was actually a Waja’s one. But the original Waja would have been to short for this mpv,  so it has been customized to suit the lengthy Eastar. And not to forget the door visor can be found locally in most accesory store.

The sexiest part of this angel for me is the rear end. For the bumper, Sham had installed the Naza Ria Vip Style
bumper. The whole bumper is installed directly to the original bumper, no cutting necessary for the original bumper. For the spoiler, Sham had choose a Toyota Avanza spoiler, but he thinks that the spoiler isn’t long enough.
So he decided the customize it and walaa. A complete spoiler for Eastar. And to heat things up, a stainless steel muffler tip had been installed to complete the rear  end of his angel.

of money. You can have one hell of a beautiful mpv. I would like to congratulate Sham on succesfuly customizing his
Chery Eastar MPV.Malaysia Boleh!His modification for the bodykit Cost around RM3000 and it is worth every penny spent.
