Jeng jeng jeng.. This picture is snapped while i walking at the Semua House Shopping Center Kuala Lumpur just behind Jalan TAR. The white shirt lady quickly take her car out of the illegal parking space to avoid being summonsed by DBKL. While other three DBKL officer busy issuing the special ticket for the cars parked there.

The moral of the story, don’t do illegal parking. Just pay RM3 per hour at nearest car park instead of kena saman with more than RM50. Who have the experience being summonsed or “tarik kereta“? Share your experience here. I have a friend who get the ticket from Majlis Bandaran Subang Jaya and until now didn’t pay the fine yet no action taken to him. =)
