    The New Proton Satria Neo CPS

    On the 13th February the Satria Neo CPS had been lanched by Proton at the APAC Subang.The main difference from the previous one is off course the campro cps engine itself and few exterior changes and interior changes itself.However the Neo CPS is only available in two colour Tranquility Black (Metallic) or Solid white (Solid) rather than a whole spectrum of colour offered by the standard Satria Neo

    The 1.6 liter campro cps engine features the Cam Profile Switching Technology(CAMPRO) (simillar to a vtec) and VIM (Variable Intake Manifold technology).The adaptation of this two technology will gives you a high performance high revving car in the same time, your are able to bring this car to your workplace while still maintaning a low fuel consumption.

    Apart from the engine, the exterior of the car had been touched up by the Proton Engineer’s to appeal more aggressive and much more sportier.The front bumper had been changed to a more agressive one.The rear bumper features a diffuser underneath it which should generate more downforce to the car.And right on the top we can see a new spoiler which should give more aerodynamic stability to the car.

    From the side we can see the wheel arch is broaden up a bit and a nut like mould had been installed around the wheel arch like what we can see in the Satria GTI or Satria R3.Inside the wheel arc fatures a 16 inch Pearl Brown Coloured alloy wheel wrapped with a set of Continental CSC-1 tyres.

    Interiorwise, the Neo CPS Features a set of red and black leather seats and a matching door strips.Everything else is just the same as the standard version of satria neo except for the leather wrapped steering wheels and gear knob.

      Neo H-line dengan CPS ni memang ok..cuma satu je tak ok..harga..mahalnya..sama GTI dulu, mahal jugak..sepatutnya kereta 2 pintu ni letak harga bawah 50k dah laa..sure laku..ni harga 60k++..sure ramai yang pk 2/3 kali nak beli. lepas tu, orang yang pakai kereta ni pulak jadi mangsa kecurian..mungkin tak curi kereta, tapi curi spare part..huhu..macam GTI gua, kena curi 2 piston..ardghhhhhhhhhhhhh

      pape pun gua respek la engineer2 kat proton sbb bleh gak mass produce intelligent engines, walaupun tak secanggih VTEC (sbb VTEC tu aku pecaye lagi complex). so keep up the good work boys, teruskan development and 1 day kite bleh produce better or at least on par engines with honda n toyota. just harap xde after-sales maintenance problem je CPS and IAFM nih.

      untuk satria neo, dari edisi awal lagi ( time ambik mitsubishi model ), aku dah respect dan berkenan dah..

      hehe..

      memang cun cuma 1 je x best.. pintu 2 so orang nak tumpang kita nanti susah..

      kalau beli untuk bawak sowang atau 2 org best lor..

      bg aku, satria neo 1-1 nya kereta Proton yang leh diletak setaraf ngan Honda Civic ( sebab Hond Civic baru beli di Jepun x sampai RM 50, 000. 00 )

      aku br je gi test drive kt proton glenmarie. pickup bleh tahan la. tp top speed belum try lg. kalau top speed rasa macam bleh makan swift sport coz swift sport max 195 kmh je, neo cps aku berani letak 215 kmh xde masalah.
      acceleration not bad. handling lebih krg sama ngn neo lama. cuma body rasa ringan skit, coz power to weight ratio better than neo lama. Kesimpulan neo cps POWER LAHHHH!!! majulah proton untuk malaysia.

      Sblom ni aku pakai charade espri, pun kaler puteh…
      Memang powerla neo cps ni bg aku walaupun aku ambik auto sbb aku dok area bandar kuching…. Syok ronda2 layan sharp corner.. Tp slow2 lah..
      Ramai dah budak kuching dah dpt neo cps ni.. Majoriti tinted kaler hitam gelap.. Aku tinted confort gold jer..
      Yang pnah aku nampak dah ada 6 unit. Hitam pun lbeh kurang sama byk…
      Buking bulan 7 dpt bln 8. tak sampai dua bulan pun..
      Stakat 2 minggu sjak aku dpt keta ni xdala major problem. Semua ok… Ada skali jer radio dia jammed. Tapi aku anta kat service centre diaorang buat free jer. Katanya sblom ni xda org lain dpt problem yang sama.. Mungkin sbab haritu aku survey double din nak tuka blaupunk tu.. Sbbtu radio tu merajok.. hehehehe…
      Ramai yang suka kaler rim dia.. Mcm spesial ckit. Ada gak yang trus tukar rim 17 cz diaorang tak suka rim ori tu..
      Harap2 ada rezeki dapat upgrade ekzoz pun cukupla.. Lain2 tuh takyahla kot.
      Sapa yang blom bli tu.. blilah 2 ke 3 ke… hehehe… Berbaloi-baloi…

      Bolehla dikatakan kereta sport untuk kereta keluaran malaysia kot..
      Dengan spoiler besar tu, alloy rim 16″ enjin yang lebih berkuasa, bodykit yang nampak sporty tu..
      Handling yang puas ati, bunyi enjin yang mengaum, kalau bukan dalam ketegori keta sport pun, kalau dah sronok drive laju2 n layan kona tu dah kira keta sport di hari pemandu tu sendri. hehe… Viva pun bleh jd keta sport kalau kreativ. Tapi sendiri tanggung la..

      Terua terang saya katakan Gen-2 CPS lagi bagus dari segi minyak dan pick up,Neo kurang menyengat dari standstill hingga ke 3,500rpm.Kajian dilakukan oleh org kampung gua di Pontian yang mengadakan sprint test sebanyak 3x.Gua rasa untuk hatchback 2 pintu Proton harus meringankan lagi berat Neo ni.Tak dpt dinafikan rupanye memang menawan.Ade satu mamat di Tmn Pelangi JB pakai Neo biase bikin turbo kat Camproturbo dengan harg RM6K tapi hasilnye memberangsangkan.Sudah hampir 7 bln pakai turbo tiade sebrang masaalah.Ujian dyno menunjukan Neo turbonye mendapat 176hp@6500rpm dan 210nm@4250rpm.

      bab pikap mmg lemahla skt satria neo..tork dia cuma 150 ja walaupun horse power agak tinggi.body pun blh tahan berat jg..compare pickup dgn latio sport mmg makan asapla neo.horse power just 109 tp tork 153.body pun berat kurang dkt 100 kg..

      klau satria neo nie 4 pntu kompem leh kalah kn tahap jualan Myvi..minat gile kete nie tapi di sebabkn ade 2 pntu je rase cam x bebaloi..klau bt 2 pntu yg mcm mazda RX8 pun smart gak..xde la nk tebongkok2 kuar masuk kete..
