PEUGEOT RCZ TO GO INTO PRODUCTION
Peugeot is set to put into production the RCZ, which is based on the 308 RCZ concept car seen at the Frankfurt Motor Show two years ago.
The exceptional levels of interest expressed at the show brought about the move from concept into a commercial reality; while the objective was to retain the purity of the original concept’s styling, there is much emphasis in determining that the RCZ drives as well as it looks.
Exclusivity is the tagline for the compact 2+2 Coupe, which is set to go on sale in Europe in spring next year.
The RCZ, when it arrives, will also become the first Pug to omit usage of the usual zero or double zero in the vehicle numbering system. It is set to be revealed to the public in its final form in Frankfurt this Sept.
