Still remember the i-Miev by the Mitsubishi Motor Corporation?. The other name or version of i-Miev is iOn.The iOn electric concept car jointly developed by PSA Peugeot Citroen and Mitsubishi Motor Corporation for the European market.The iOn electric concept car will be 1st introduced to the public at the 2009 Frankfurt Motor Show (IAA) and will enter the market at the end of 2010.

The car will be equipped with lithium ion car batteries that can be charged in 6 hours using a conventional 220V socket or up to 80% in 30 minutes via a fast charging system.
The all electric Peugeot vehicle will develop a maximum power output of 47 kW (64 bhp) and a maximum torque of 180 Nm, thus enabling it to reach a top speed of 130 km/h.The iOn will have four doors and four seats, a length of 3.48 m and a turning circle of 4.50 m.
In Malaysia, since Proton and Mitsubishi has a good relationship, maybe Proton and Mitsubishi can make an agreement to develop another version of i-Miev under Proton brand?.
Kalau kereta elektrik saya rasa BYD dari China berada di hadapan pemain2 seluruh dunia termasuk nama2 terkenal. Berbeza dengan pengeluar ternama lain, BYD dari China membangunkan pelbagai jenis model kenderaan sbg kenderaan elektrik tmsk MPV, sedan, sport car dan lain2 dan rekabentuknyer tak der la nampak macam concept car di atas macam biasa sgt.
menjelang 2012, saya rasa BYD akan menjadi pengeluar kereta elektrik no1 dunia tambah2 pelabur utamanya adalah Warren Buffet, org no1 terkaya di dunia yg juga terkenal sbg tokoh pelaburan terunggul.
kalau Mitsubishi – Proton bangunkan kereta elektrik aku sokong 200%.. ia cara terbaik untuk kerajaan kurang subsidi petrol yg ditanggungnya bukan dengan cara menaikkan harga minyak melampau2 walhal kita pengeluar minyak utama dunia.
