Below is a video from youtube from Babylonark which shows the car that has PDRM sticker on it did not get any summon while others got it. The video uploader says that it is from MPSJ officer but the ticket is not the same as the one issued by MPSJ. It is also possible to take out the summon ticket from the car before he start recording the video.

PDRM CAR STICKER REALLY CAN SAVE YOU?
I have heard that the PDRM sticker can save you from getting any summon. I also heard that a policeman got a summon. So, which one is true?
