Mercedes Benz invented a set of wiper blade that will dispense water on the screen when it is operated. This is a very good idea to prevent wiper blade damage, to make sure all water dispersed evenly on the windscreen surface.
It is a good technology but when it comes to maintenance, it will be more expensive to change the wiper blade or they will make a separate silicon unit that can be changed without changer the water injector.
