    I bought a Naza  Citra in 2009. recently found problem with brake (unpleasant noisy sound) and was advised to replace by Naza mechanic. After checking, i found out the vehicle is still under 5 years warranty and decided to claim. The reason given not to approve the claim is my service not in time. I am told that my first service should be 1000KM not 1050 km when i presented for service. OMG! This is my fault. A difference of 50Km can be the cause for denying my claim. Just imagine. FYI, the claim is abt RM2500. Such a small claim is denied, so no need to say a bigger amount. My latest mileage is 16,000 KM. Very Very Low mileage.

    NAZA 5 YEARS WARRANTY IS TOTALLY RUBBISH,  DON’T BE CHEATED!!!

    I swear i will never BUY anything from Naza Kia related vehicles. They dont care about customer satisfaction and lousy after sales service. Friends, think twice before buying any Naza Kia vehicles. my experience tells all. Dont be sorry later on.
