MAZDA8 MPV IN MALAYSIA BY BERMAZ > RM195,404.20

Official Mazda dealer in Malaysia, Bermaz has launched the Mazda8 early July at Mid Valley Centre Court.The Mazda 8 Launch and Roadshow promo start on 7 July 2010 and end at 11 July 2010.The price of Mazda8 by Bermaz is slightly cheaper than the model from Naza World.For your information, Naza World has introduced the Mazda8 since 2008 and it was priced at RM198,888 back in February 2008.But the Bermaz price is slightly cheaper at RM195,404.20 OTR with insurance.The difference between the Naza World and the Bermaz model is the Naza World model features a turbocharged version of the 2.3 liter engine.

The Mazda8, which sits on Mazda’s LY platform, is powered by the normally-aspirated 2.3l MZR L3-VE block, offering 161bhp at 6,500rpm and 203Nm of torque at 3,500rpm, mated to a five-speed Activematic auto transmissions.Five colours are available, which are the Crystal White Pearl, Copper Red, Sparkling Black, Metropolitan Grey and Sunlight Silver.

The driver’s seat is eight-way power adjustable, while the second row and suitably named Super Relax Ottoman seats or the captain seats which offer 80mm of slide adjustment to maximise legroom. As for the third row seats, these are generously sized and cushioned to provide ample support.The third row also splits 60:40. Everything is leather on this Mazda8.

The kit includes rain-sensing front wipers, a Clarion 2-DIN DVD/audio 7-inch touchscreen head unit, dual front airbags, front side airbags and curtain airbags covering all three rows of seats, four-wheel ABS, DSC, EBD and brake assist, ventilated disc brakes all round and 16-inch wheels riding on 215/65 series tyres.Optional equipment for the Mazda8 include a reverse camera and dual DVD screens for the centre row at RM500 and RM1,200 respectively.
