MG ICON CONCEPT
MG has scooped a major design award with its stunning MG Icon concept car. The Icon continues MG’s resurrection under parent company SAIC Motor, bringing newly interpreted heritage style to the compact SUV ranks in a package that will see it compete directly against the likes of Nissan Juke and the Mini Countryman.
LINCOLN MKS
The dedicated Lincoln design studio has developed a contemporary new look for the 2013 MKS. Every exterior surface from the A-pillar forward is new, including the grille, HID headlamps, front fascia, hood and front fenders. Continuing the new look are fresh 19- and 20-inch aluminum wheels. At the rear, Lincoln MKS gets a new fascia, LED tail lamps, exhaust tips and a new decklid design that improves access to the trunk.
LADA XRAY CONCEPT
AvtoVAZ has shown the Lada XRay Concept crossover. The car was created by a group of young designers under the direction of Steve Mattin as a demonstration of the future style and new design strategy of Lada cars. Modern silhouette, memorable proportions and a dynamic profile and those are the general ideas behind the future Lada designs.
