2010 CADILLAC URBAN LUXURY CONCEPT
Cadillac Urban Luxury Concept has its world premiere at LA Auto Show. It is a design study exploring a new type of vehicle that offers a luxury experience in a diminutive size which compact dimensions with the design, features and technology for which Cadillac is known.
It has a small exterior footprint, but is roomy inside to popular city cars found in Paris, Shanghai and London. Engineers have developed a concept hybrid propulsion system for the Cadillac Urban Luxury Concept that includes a turbocharged 1.0L three-cylinder engine employing electric assist technology, engine start-stop function, brake energy regeneration and a dry dual-clutch transmission. Based on extensive prototype and production experience, a combination of these technologies could offer projected fuel economy of 56 mpg in the city and 65 mpg on the highway.
2010 Cadillac Urban Luxury Concept’s interior offers modern parents a conveniently integrated Orbit Baby SmartHub, a large windshield and twin skylights. Also includes a pair of projected readouts flanks a large, prominent analog speedometer reminiscent of a high-end time piece, assisted by a high-definition head-up display. Capacitive multi-touch switches throughout the interior ensure seamless and intuitive electronic control.
The Urban Luxury Concept’s interior materials convey luxury through quality and advanced technology. Blue and grey leather dominates the interior space and is contrasted by fabric selected for its high-tech look and feel. It is finished with carbon-color wood inlays, brushed aluminum accents and ceramic materials. Ambient lighting conveys an upscale aura that is complemented by the ultra-modern Tanzanite glow of the touch-screen displays.
2011 CHRYSLER 200
2011 Chrysler 200 is an exciting alternative for customers that want style and substance, all at a surprising value. It is officially introduced at LA Auto Show.
The new 200 sedan powered by the 2.4-liter I-4 engine produces 173 horsepower and 166 lb.-ft. of torque. The available new 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine provides an even more exhilarating driving experience that offers customers the best of both worlds best-in-class V-6 horsepower and exceptional fuel economy. The new 3.6-liter Pentastar V-6 engine produces 283 horsepower and 260 lb.-ft. of torque, and is mated to the 62TE six-speed transmission.
Exterior use a new hood, new front fascia, new projector headlamps and projector beam fog lamps round out the new face of the Chrysler 200. A new for 2011 rear deck lid, rear fascia, exterior mirrors, new LED taillamps and an LED center high-mounted stoplight completes the transformation.
Interior of Chrysler 200 use all-new instrument panel, bezels, gauge face and new Chrysler steering wheel transform the driver’s seat into an elegant atmosphere. Upgraded seats with a new design that incorporates more cushion material and revised spring geometry, as well as new leather and cloth seating materials.
