At the Dubai International Motorshow 2011, we have the opportunity to see the new Kia Rio closely.The new Rio already revealed at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show and it boasts a bold and distinctive personality, bringing the latest model into line with the rest of Kia’s striking design-led product range.In Dubai, new Kia Rio is the star performer. Running on 1.4 liters petrol engine (UAE specs) and two trim levels (LX and EX), Rio is available in 3 -door and 5-door hatchbacks. The highlight of the show is the unveiling of the 4-door sedan, which has had everyone in the industry buzzing. The addition will take the car to the top of the B-segment, with its enticing new shape that adds a lot more luxury and convenience for a lot less.

If you want an econo-car with a luxury car interior, then this is the one to look at. It’s excellently designed, the interior looks clean and high-tech, and the quality of the fit and finish is easily well above average. Over all it’s well above what anyone expects from this category of car and we applaud Kia for raising the bar.
