2011 MKB MERCEDES BENZ SL 65 AMG P 1000
German tuning company MKB offers a fresh new performance package for the German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz’s SL 65. With 1.015 hp/746 kW, the 2011 MKB Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG P 1000 is the most powerful AMG car because the standard 670 hp is changed while the engine torque is limited to 1,300 Nm. The tuning technology gives this already powerful SL 65 more power.
This P 1000 package includes, aside from an enormous engine conversion, an enhanced ECU, bigger turbochargers, high-performance cam-shafts, introductory air intakes and improved cooling system. The 2011 MKB Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG P 1000’s automatic transmission has been modified. With these MKB modifications, the SL65 can go in just 3.6 seconds from 0-62 mph; just 8.9 seconds from 0-124 mph and 21.5 from 0-186 mph. The 2011 MKB Mercedes-Benz SL 65 AMG P 1000’s top speed is increased up to a whooping 230 mph.
2011 MERCEDES BENZ CLS
German automobile manufacturer Mercedes-Benz recently unveiled its new four-dour coupe the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS. The four-door coupe concept is relatively new, as the Mercedes-Benz introduced it in 2004 that made other luxury car makers emulating the design.
The next generation 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS’s four-seat arrangement extends the full length of the cabin. Interior might look like the plush E-class or S-class. For the platform and mechanical hardware, the CLS will have the same as with other Mercedes-Benz sedans. This stylish four-coupe’s front end has the notable upright grille and sectioned-off headlights; while the rear end has shapelier design. As for the engine, the 2011 Mercedes-Benz CLS will be available with a new 3.5L direct-injection V6 with 292HP. Also offered are twin-turbocharged 5.5L V8 with 388HP, plus an AMG version with the all-new 6.2L twin-turbo V8 with 525HP.
