VAUXHALL CORSA VXR BLUE
GM launched on the UK market the new Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue special edition which promises to offer big cost saving on equipment versus the standard car. The Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue is powered by the standard 1.6-liter turbo engine developing 192 PS and 260 Nm of torque. with this engine, the Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue is able to get from 0 to 60 mph in 6.8 seconds and up to a top speed of 140 mph.
The special features of the Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue include an Arden Blue metallic paint, 18-inch alloys, dark-tinted glass, bespoke interior air vents and Recaro seats. The Vauxhall Corsa VXR Blue has a more aggressive front end with deep in-set fog lamps, a wider front grille and a lower front spoiler.
VOLKSWAGEN POLO GT GTD
According to recent rumors, VW is preparing two new version of the latest generation Polo: the Volkswagen Polo GT and the Volkswagen Polo GTD. The Volkswagen Polo GT will be positioned just below the GTI, and it will be powered by the same 1.4 TSI engine. However, the Volkswagen Polo GT will develop 150 hp, instead of the 180 hp of the GTI. The VW Polo GT will benefit from the company’s DSG transmission, which offers fast shifting times.
The Volkswagen Polo GTD will take the place of the sporty diesel Polo, with power coming from a 1.6 TDI engine. The Volkswagen Polo GTD is expected to output 130 hp offering a more fuel efficient alternative to the GTI.
