PUSPAKOM EXTEND OPERATION ON WEEKENDS
from Bernama below
PUSPAKOM, the private commercial vehicles inspection centre owned by the DRB-HICOM Group, is extending its operating days on weekends from January 16-25 in conjunction with the upcoming Chinese New Year holidays.
The move is aimed at encouraging the public to bring their vehicles for inspection and to accommodate expected increases in the number of vehicles coming for check-ups, the company said in a statement here today.
It would ensure vehicles are safe for driving during the exodus back to the hometowns during the holidays.
PUSPAKOM also reminded that for commercial vehicles, they are required to undergo Routine Inspections at PUSPAKOM every 6 months to ensure the compliance with the standard requirements of the Road Transport Act 1987.
