Exotic supercar maker Pagani is a name likely known to a decent group of car crazy southern Californians, despite the fact that no Pagani vehicle has ever been sold for street-legal use in the U.S.
But that is all about to change as Pagani’s latest creation, the Huayra, has arrived with 5-state CARB legal certification, giving Americans their first taste of the ultra exotic high-performance car.
Mr. Pagani himself explained that with the Huayra sales should be considerably higher, although certainly still very niche and limited with about 40 hand-built cars being produced for total global consumption each year. Given the diverse set of buyers from around the world, betting a crack at buying one could prove quite difficult.
Consider that the car is powered by an AMG-sourced 6.0-liter, twin-turbocharged V12 engine, cranking out an astonishing 700 horsepower with 738 lb-ft of torque to go along with it.
Jom komen!
