Congratulation Proton for making a lazy job on a new model, a rebadge one again for the most high end car listed under Proton which is a Perdana replacement model.
The new perdana replacement, the 1st badge and the 1st one with W11N plate number given to out beloved prime minister, Najib and the other 3000 model will be distributed among government high position staff.
The new perdana 2013 exterior is exactly the same with Honda accord previous generation with slightly different numper design and stamped with Proton Logo.
A good move by government, instead of using Honda accord, they ask for rebadge and use it as Proton. This will prevent anyone from bashing like one case happened on PR government who replace Perdana with Camry long time ago.

The new perdana just for minister and government owned. If you still want it, you can ask proton parts center if the spare of bumpers available or not.
