    The new facelift Ford Ranger travels everywhere in style. Its tough styling is enhanced by the new three-bar grille made of plastic, stylish headlamps, new design front bumper, power-dome design hood, which is directly inspired by the Ranger MAX show truck, electronically controlled side mirrors, an immobiliser, a tilt-adjustable steering wheel, LED turning light mounted on the side mirrors, Ranger signs on the body side, new sporty rear lights and refined surface.

    Its interior is decorated in style and continues to accentuate the power of the 100% truck.It has an MP3-capable CD player and the gray and black color scheme in the passenger cabin enhances sporty look and feel while the ergonomically moulded seats and door panel come in new sporty design and made of high-quality materials. The soft red light on the control panel enables driver to clearly see all the important information. The three gauge cluster in round setting that sits on the chrome trimmed panel enhances the trendy design of the round air vents. High quality materials and full equipment make drivers and passengers feel like they are sitting in a luxury passenger car.

    Ranger has a jittery ride with no load in the back; more so than the Nissan Navara and less than the Toyota Hilux.

    The new Ford Ranger XL comes with a 5-speed manual transmission and used the same engine as before which is the 2.5 liter 12 valve SOHC indirect injection turbodiesel engine producing 109 PS at 3,500rpm and 257Nm of torque at 2,000rpm. This engine is a less sophisticated engine compared to the XLT’s twin cam direct injection engine with a VGT turbo that makes 143 PS.

      boleh tahan lor.. cuma kurang exterior nyer.. banding ngan storm, macam agak ketinggalan ford ranger ni

      ford ranger dari segi hp + tork mmg mantap. tapi biasanya pengguna tgk pada rupa. tapi aku ada tanya org yang jual rokok ngan PLUS punya org. diaorg ckp kalau nak lasak punya 4wd utk kerja mmg bagus amik Ford. tapi dari segi make up mmg kurang, sbb tu byk org guna Hilux, Triton, Navara, Dmax.

      kira ford ni memang lasak la.. hehe.. hp ngan tork tak payah dipertikai tapi rasa triton pun dah ok sebab pajero sport pun guna enjin triton jugak

      triton mmg ok…sbb masuk Rally Paris Dakar yang muka buminya + cuacanya ekstrem..
      Kan Ford punya tagline Built Tough…tapi kureng cun je (persepsi org berbeza).
      Mungkin Europe style kot…pemikiran kat sini semua ke arah Jepun.
      Masyarakat sekarang dah terbalik persepsinya ttg buatan Eropah…sblum Merdeka mmg kereta Eropah jadi benchmark…
      sekarang kereta Jepun lak walaupun kereta Eropah tetap bagus. Cuma nak jimat kos penyelenggaraan + spare part tu yg layan barangan Jepun…
      Mentaliti mmg mkn masa nak ubah…sekarang kereta Korea pun masih x brp yakin nak guna…mungkin dari segi service + harga spare part.
      4wd yang digunakan letak mesingun kat Somalia masa perang dulu pun Made in Japan…

      power, power mmg built for tough… ni workhorse yg ramai mmg percaya..

      Tapi, aku lebih prefer Dmax, psl minyak effisien, kira jimatlah..lagipun, aku bukan bawak 4×4 hari2 masuk hutan…

      Kalau utk jalan kat bandar, nak masuk lumpur pun sayang Dmax, Triton, Hilux pun ok. Nak kuat dari tu amik Navara. lagipun kalau kat Semenanjung ni muka buminya tak ekstrem macam kat Sabah + Sarawak yang 4WD byk digunakan kat sana. Towing trucknya pun guna 4WD jenama Toyota yang nampak mcm jenama Jeep tu.

      so memang lasak gila2 la yer.. ford memang macam tu kot lebih pentingkan tahan lasak berbanding rekaan exterior
