This inconsiderate driver parked way out of a parking lot. He must think he’s the king of the car park, says Kris.
In an email (Feb 23), Kris says:
“I saw this at a multi-storey carpark in Punggol, Singapore.
“The driver really thinks he is the king of the carpark.”
Iz: The driver was probably drunk when he parked the car.Maybe he should retake the driving test.
