BMW TO ROLL OUT ITS EFFICIENT DYNAMICS INITIATIVE IN MALAYSIA.
BMW Malaysia will roll-out BMW Group’s Efficient Dynamics initiative here by end of the month.
In a statement Thursday, the company said the initiative will feature an array of fuel consumption-reducing technologies that are already fitted as standard across the whole BMW model range.
Managing director of BMW Malaysia, Geoffrey Briscoe said the move reflected the company’s responsibility towards corporate sustainability.
The BMW Group was recently named the most sustainable automobile company worldwide for the fifth consecutive time in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI).
BMW Group Malaysia said since its inception in 1999, the sustainability report published by the SAM Group has featured the BMW Group in the important sustainability index family every year.
Ranked as the super sector leader in the report, the title yet again verifies the BMW Group’s long-term strategy for corporate sustenance.
Such a guiding principle has been at the core of the company’s processes since 2000 where corporate sustainability is firmly entrenched throughout the value chain, from the production of fuel-saving and alternative vehicle concepts through clean production processes to green recycling practices.
Quite cun!
But can laku in Malaysia meh? What about the performance……..
