5 SAFE STEP – HOW TO PARK A CAR AT A STEEP HILL OR SLOPE – CARA PARKING KERETA
1 – Pull your handbrake extra click to ensure you applied enough parking brake
2 – Turn your front wheels to the road side or shoulder nearer to your car parking space so that when your park brake did not function, the forward wheels will move to the road side first and stop your car from rolling.
3 – Put a stone or wooden block behind your tyre to prevent the car move down to the hill slope.
4 – Make sure your auto gear in P (Parking mode) or your manual gear in neutral or free gear.
5 – Ensure parking safety precaution applied – Enough clearance from other cars, all window winded up, all door locked and all electrical system shut down.
