A completely new front face, sporty and flowing, fully emphasises the power of its rear wings and the sensuous curves of its ‘double-bubble’ roof. This new synergy between the front and rear gives the bodywork an entirely new expression. The bonnet lines give the effect of being more compact, receiving, like other models in the Peugeot line-up, new dual material brilliant and satin marque emblem, affixed directly on the bodywork.
The 1.6 liter turbocharged in-line 4-cylinder engine produces 200 hp with a top speed of 239km/h and a 0-100km/h in 7.6 seconds. This is the most powerful engine currently for the RCZ with a 6-speed manual.
The ‘acoustic signature of the engine’ has also been enhanced aided by ‘Sound System’ technology.It amplifies the characteristic sound of the engine through a controlled diaphragm that resonates and the vibration noise is louder as the revs of the engine rise during acceleration, while being less pronounced with more regular driving.
The car is equipped with 18” ‘Original’ alloy wheels, dual-zone air conditioning, rear parking aid and USB box with Bluetooth. Plus auto-on lights, including ‘Approach’ and ‘Follow-me-home’ features. New options on RCZ Sport include half leather and leather/ Alcantara trim treatments.
