2010 DODGE VIPER VIP DEALERS EDITION
Dodge announced that special painted edition versions of the Dodge Viper this year, which will be the last for the current generation model, the Detroit automaker is now giving the opportunity to dealers that sold the 8.4-liter V10 sports car in high volumes to create their own special-edition variants.
There are three examples of the dealer-customized Vipers below:
- Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR Roadster that was designed by Woodhouse Dodge in Blair, Neb., and features a Race Yellow Clear Coat exterior with yellow driver’s stripe.
- Dodge Viper SRT10 ACR Reverse developed with Tomball Dodge in Texas that gets the reverse color combination of the Snakeskin Green Special Edition introduced earlier this model year.
- Dodge Viper SRT10 Black Coupe with Plum Crazy dual racing stripes developed with Roanoke Dodge in Roanoke, Illinois.
2010 PANOZ ABRUZZI SPIRIT OF LE MANS
The Panoz Motor Sports Group building and delivering an exotic automobile and experience to our customers. The Georgia-based company said that the super sports car will be offered in a strictly limited edition of just 81 examples, which corresponds to the number of Le Mans 24 Hour contests between the inception of the race in 1923 and the race to be held in 2013.
Panoz lifted the covers off its new Abruzzi “Spirit of Le Mans” sports coupe today at the home of the 24 Hours of Le Mans race, the Circuit de La Sarthe in France. The hand-built Abruzzi “Spirit of Le Mans” comes with a front-engine, rear-wheel drive layout and is powered by an unspecified powerplant that is said to deliver more than 600HP and 590 ft.-lbs. of torque.
Sports car features a composite body that is claimed to be dent-resistant, shatter-proof, recyclable and both stronger and lighter than carbon fiber.
