Nasim Sdn Bhd, the official distributor of the Peugeot marque in Malaysia, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to produce a new Peugeot vehicle, a C-segment sedan in Malaysia.
The MOU signing took place in conjunction with the grand opening of a new Peugeot Blue Box in Ipoh as part of Nasim’s plans to bring the Peugeot brand to more customers in the country.
“This MOU not only marks Automobiles Peugeot’s faith in us as their ASEAN production hub partner, but is also evidence of their confidence in our manufacturing quality, manpower, strong domestic sales and local vendor base.”, said SM Nasarudin SM Nasimuddin, CEO of Nasim Sdn. Bhd.
