Malaysians were excited and proud when they knew that our Royal Malaysian Police (PDRM) have bough 25 units of high-powered Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X as their special patrol cars.Some criticized saying that it is just a waste of tax payer money but in a way its quite a good decision to have a high performance car in the patrol car lineup.All of that cars were used for catching criminals especially in cases of carjacking, kidnapping and hijacking, these criminals often use modified turbo charged cars to escape.
Several police personnel have been sent to undergo intensive driving classes to ensure they are able to handle the super charged cars.Source from the Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia informed that the training for the pilots were done in the police force training ground in Muar.
However, from our source, two units of the Evo X have crashed and beyond repairs.
“Two cars were totalled. One at the Sungai Besi corner heading towards Jalan Istana, right after the delivery of the cars,” he says.
He however does not have the details about what happened to the other unit, but he confirms that two units have crashed and are beyond repair.

This Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X Police car is powered by 2.0l turbocharged engine which produces 280 HP.

bkn pe nie…..yang bawak budak baru ade lesen….nak pegang turbo nie paling kurang ko pernahg bawak kete 3 thn keatas…dah masak ngan keadaan kereta…ni x knowlage xde….pastu bawak cam setan….perabih duit je
