Mini will introduce a special edition model, MINI WC50 which was meant for celebrating the 50th Anniversary of the Cooper Car Company winning the Formula One constructors championship.The two guys behind the wheels were legends Jack Brabham and Stirling Moss who took first and third spot in the overall championship.

There will only be 250 units of the WC50 produced at the Oxford plant where 100 of it had been reserved for UK customer.For those ouside of Europe, keep dreaming on since the car will not be exported anywhere out of the Europe.Same goes to us in Malaysia but we can always custom made everything over here.

The car is basically the same as the John Cooper Works model. But there is some obvious changes especially on the aero kits and the interior department.The exterior has bi-xenon lights with black interior reflectors, fog lamps, bonnet stripes, a carbon fiber bonnet scoop, carbon fiber mirror caps and a rear diffuser. It is fitted with 17-inch Cross-Spoke Challenge alloy wheels in a Jet Black colour.

There is no pricing yet, it will be confirmed on the 22nd of June. Speculation is that it will be priced at about £30,000 in the UK and €40,000 in Europe.
