THE PEUGEOT HYBRID3 EVOLUTION CONCEPT – REDEFINING TRICYCLE

Previously we had shown you the Spyder Can-Am, a three wheel bike or called as a tricycle.For this time, we are going to share about the Peugeot HYbrid3 Evolution Concept. As the name implies, it is still a concept.
The HYbrid3 Evolution Concept is a concept Hybrid tricycle by Peugeot.It was featured at the 67th Milan International Cycle and Motorbike Show. The main difference between its sibling, the HYbrid3 Compressor from the 2008 Paris Motor Show is the fact that it dont have the roof anymore.
The three wheeler hybrid is powered by two electric motors located in each of the front wheels and a naturally aspirated engine at the back. The 300 cc engine produces 41HP while the two electric motors generate 6 KW combined which is powered by a lithium-ion batteries.A brake energy recovery system is installed. Peugeot claims an average fuel consumption of 2.0 litres per 100km (141.2 mpg imp) and C02 emissions of 48 g/km.
Other features includes the LED lights, front mud guards and rear lights with a hi-tech finish.
