2010 FORD MUSTANG BOSS 302

American automotive company Ford just announced a new limited edition 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302. It is the recreation and comeback of the iconic Mustang model, and the Boss 302 will have a refined race-oriented suspension, increased horsepower and a unique Boss Mustang interior and exterior design. The 70s race leader comes back with the modern standards of performance.

Originally created and offered during 1969-1970, the Boss 302 and Boss 429 models were designed to rule road racing. These became classic Mustang models, together with Shelby, GT500, Mach 1 and Bullitt. The new 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 is expected to have more horsepower with its 440 HP version of Ford’s 5.0-liter V8, rally-styled rims, hood scoop, upgraded suspension and a themed styling package. However, Ford’s hasn’t announced whether the 2012 Ford Mustang Boss 302 will be just a additional trim package or a completely specialized model.

2010 CATERHAM SEVEN ROADSPORT 125 MONACO

The Caterham Seven Roadsport 125 Monaco remains true to Colin Chapman’s original 1957 design in both its lightweight philosophy and its bespoke, retro styling. It is the latest in a series of entry-level Caterham Special Editions which traditionally suffer little or no depreciation.

Monaco features Caterham’s brushed aluminium bodywork, with black nose and wheel guards, while the familiar red and white of the Monegasque flag form a motif that runs the length of the car.

In the cockpit, the theme is naturally continued, with hand-tailored black leather interior featuring red highlights pairing with the black body trim to capture a colour scheme reminiscent of the roulette wheels found in Casino Square complete the evocative ’50s feel.

Under bonnet, the 1.6-litre Ford engine produces a top speed of 112mph and a power-to-weight ratio of 227bhp per tonne. The 5-speed gearbox propels the lightweight 500kg chassis from 0-60mph in under six seconds and full weather kit means the Roadsport is thoroughly enjoyable in any conditions.

2010 TOYOTA AVENSIS BTCC CONCEPT

The Japanese automaker has lent its support to GPR Motorsport that is building a new racing concept based on the European market and British-built Avensis sedan. It for enter the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC).


GPR Motorsport supplied Toyota with an Avensis donor car and bodyshell to build to the new specifications, which teams will be able to adopt from the 2011 racing season.

The Next Generation Touring Car, Toyota Avensis NGTC will make its track debut in the final round of this year’s Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship at Brands Hatch on 9 – 10 October, driven by BTCC double champion, James Thompson.

2011 HYUNDAI i10 BLUE-ON

Hyundai revealed its first production-ready full electric car named “Blueon”. Based on the firm’s small i10 hatchback, the BlueOn was developed over a one year period.

Powered by an electric motor producing 61kW (82HP) and maximum torque of 210Nm. Energy is drawn from a 16.4 kWh LiPoly (lithium-ion polymer) battery pack, which offers a driving range of 140 km (87 miles) on a single charge.

Hyundai i10 BlueOn can accelerate from standstill to 100km/h (62mph) in 13.1 seconds and reach a top speed of 130km/h (81mph).

The BlueOn is equipped with features a Virtual Engine Sound System (VESS), which creates an artificial sound for the safety of pedestrians when driving at low speeds.

The new engine line-up, which is comprised of two gasoline engines (2.4L and 3.0L) and two turbo-diesel variants (2.2L), incorporates a host of advanced technologies aimed at delivering an optimal balance of performance and fuel economy.

With the introduction of a new 3.0 liter 258 hp V6 gasoline engine with direct injection and variable valve timing, the Captiva will be one of the most powerful compact SUVs on the market, while the new 2.2 liter common rail turbo-charged diesel units will be available with either 163 or 184 hp outputs. Rounding off the new line-up is a 2.4 liter dual overhead cam gasoline unit with variable valve timing, rated at 171 hp. Both, the 2.2 liter turbo-diesels as well as the 2.4 liter gasoline engine can be ordered in front- or all-wheel-drive configurations.

2011 CHEVROLET AVEO

Chevrolet has Release New 2011 AVEO at Paris Auto Show. New Aveo have 5 door model and include dual port grille and win headlamps, compact taut body panels with a rising shoulder line and short rear overhangs, as well as ‘hidden’ rear door handles.

New 2011 Aveo is also wider and longer than the current model, and features ABS brakes and ESC as standard.

2010 FIAT 500 ARANCIA
