Powerful yet quiet, lightweight yet solid, the new all-aluminum MR18DE engine is equipped with CVTC, electronic fuel injection control and Drive-by-Wire technology that deliver outstanding torque & smooth acceleration while reduce noise & fuel consumption.
1.6-litre HR16DE
Compact & lightweighted, this new all-aluminum 4-cylinder engine is a succesor of the QG engine with Drive-by-Wire technology to enhance the intake of air efficiently & torque in all speed range.
Overdrive switch
The Overdrive switch can be used for driving down long slopes or to climb gentle inclines. Doesn’t jump from gear to gear.
It provides a smooth comfortable drive and optimizes engine performance.
Electronic fuel injection control
Like clockwork, just the right quantities of fuel are injected at just the right moment in relation to valve timing and piston position, enhancing overall drivability and, especially, hot and cold starting capability.

The Grand Livina will be offered in 3 variants in Malaysia, with a choice of two engine specifications – a 1.6-litre engine (offered with either manual or automatic transmissions), and a 1.8-litre engine (automatic transmission only).
On-the-road prices (inclusive of insurance, road tax, registration fee and ownership claim fee) valid for Peninsular Malaysia are RM82,800 for the 1.6-litre manual, whereas the 1.6-litre automatic is priced at RM86,600. The 1.8-litre automatic transmission with C-VTC (Continuously Variable-valve Timing Control) comes with a price tag of RM95,300.
The Grand Livina comes with a 3-year or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) warranty.

salam mr siber. My livina baru lepas rervice untuk 45 k. Malasalah brake tempohari brek pad sebelah kanan cepat habis berbanding kiri gl memang macam tu ke ?
mungkin piston/caliper sblh kiri sket jem membuatkan sblh kanan kne keje lbh kuat …. atau piston/caliper sblh kiri jem membuatkan pad sentiasa je bergesel …..

Piston caliper tu mmg biasa jem terutama keta2 lama. Agak pelik gak berlaku kat keta baru. But dun worry, gi servis je. Maybe depa gosok sket ngan kertas pasir tempat yang berkarat tu, tukar getah disitu….
Mr Baron. For 3rd row seat, of course untuk budget mpv goes to exo, ada aircond for 3rd row. Mmg aircond sgt2 penting if bwk org ramai dan tghari panas. Klu takat duduk sampai 2nd row seat, gl dah memadai. Tak silap untuk budget mpv, exo je kot yang ada. cuba cek citra…
dah service kita tengok bulan depan. Bab aircond 3row saya tk ada masalah cuma perlu hadapkan aircon kebumbung untuk mempercepat angin sampai belakang.
Ok gak tu. Tala ke atas so 3rd row dapat angin. For alza, saya dah naik dan strongly recomended jgn beli….. Klu tengahari panas pun seat depan sejuk ala kadar, ini kan pulak 2nd row and 3rd row….. Sapa eh yang pakai CE? aircond best tak?
