Peugeot Malaysia launch the new Peugeot 308 Griffe at the Peugeot Blue Box Butterworth. The new 308 Griffe Limited edition features sporty version of peugeot 308 at RM133k price on the road.

Nasim Sdn Bhd’s on-going nationwide network expansion exercise continued today with the launch of Peugeot Blue Box Butterworth, its largest outlet to-date outside the Klang Valley.
Peugeot Blue Box Butterworth is the first of seven new outlets to be launched by Nasim this year. The outlet, which comprises of a 28,000 square-foot facility, is a 3S (sales, service and spare parts) centre owned and operated by CS Euro Auto Sdn Bhd.
Built at a cost of RM4 million, Peugeot Blue Box Butterworth will serve customers in Butterworth, Perai, Bukit Mertajam, Nibong Tebal, Kepala Batas, Permatang Pauh and Kulim.
“This new outlet will further our reach in this important market. In 2012, the European market in Penang grew 17%, outperforming the overall market.
“Through our network expansion and the introduction of several new and exciting models and variants, we intend to grow our sales volume in 2013,” said Dato’ Samson Anand George, COO of Nasim.
Peugeot Blue Box Butterworth is equipped with four private customer lounges and one mini-theatre entertainment room for customers. Its service centre is equipped with six service bays with the capacity to service up to 25 cars a day.
In conjunction with the launch of Peugeot Blue Box Butterworth, Nasim officially unveiled the new 308 Griffe at the outlet.
The 308 Griffe is a limited edition sporty new variant in Nasim’s 308 model line-up. Among the features of the 308 Griffe include directional smoked bi-xenon headlamps with auto-leveling and washers, a carbon fibre effect bodykit, 17-inch dark Stromboli alloy wheels and a front grill with chrome strips.
Inside, the 308 Griffe comes with a leather-wrapped sport steering wheel with three chrome inserts and red stitching, and sporty semi-bucket seats. Additionally, it features a leather wrapped gear shifter, handbrake and centre console armrest with red stitching and special “Griffe” carpet mats which also come with red stitching.
With an on-the-road price of RM132,888, the 308 Griffe also comes with LED daytime running lights, a Peugeot GTi rear spoiler, a panoramic roof with an electronically-controlled retractable blind, sporty white instrument dials, premium leather and fabric interior, aluminium-finished door handles, aluminium-finished floor pedals, automatic dual-zone air-conditioning, USB and Bluetooth functionality and rear passenger air-conditioning vents.
Underneath the hood, the 308 Griffe is powered by a 1.6-litre turbo high pressure engine with direct petrol injection that delivers 156 hp and 240 Nm and is mated to a six-speed automatic transmission with a Triptronic and sport mode.
Safety wise, the 308 Griffe features six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Anti-lock braking system (ABS), Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD), Emergency Brake Assist (EBA) and Dynamic Stability Control (DSC). The 308 Griffe is available in Bianca White, Shark Grey and Babylon Red. The new 308 Griffe comes with a five-year warranty with unlimited mileage.
