NAZA COLLABORATES WITH MOTOROLA UNIVERSITY
KUALA LUMPUR, April 16 – The Naza Group of Companies today signed an agreement with Motorola University to improve its business process efficiency and talent development.
Under the collaboration, Motorola University will offer development programmes and learning solutions such as Six Sigma for Naza.
Six Sigma is a business management strategy seeking to improve the quality of process outputs by identifying and removing the causes of defects and variations in manufacturing and business processes.
“The collaboration marks a major step forward for the group’s determination in raising efficiency and reducing wastage, which is in line to what is being carried out within the group,” said the group’s chief executive officer S.M. Faisal S.M. Nasimuddin at the signing ceremony here.
Initially, 1,000 employees from various divisions of the group will be trained to improve their overall skills and productivity.
