MITSUBISHI LANCER EVOLUTION X RECEIVED MINOR UPGRADES FOR 2010 MODEL

The Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X is one of the best looking Evo in its series. Combined with its powerful 2.0 liter turbocharged engine, the model is one of the favourite sports car in Malaysia.But if you are only interested on the looks and does’nt have that much money, you can always buy the Lancer GT and modify it to look like the Evo X. The only thing you wont get is the performance of the Evo X.
As for the original Evo X, there will be some upgrade for the 2010 model. The changes includes a beefier side skirts, the use of new plastics up front that are said to weigh 1.5kg or about 3.3 pounds less than those they replace, a new color LCD screen between the speedometer and rev-counter with more functions, improved insulation and some minor tweaks to the interior trim.
Other than cosmetic and panel upgrade, they are some upgrades for the performance as well. There is no more option to buy the Evo X GSR Premium Edition with the 5 speed gear box.Instead, you will only find the six speed twin clutch SST transmission on that variant. In Japan, prices for the 2010 Mitsubishi Lancer EVO X begin from 3,150,000 Yen (about $35,420 or €24,100) for the base RS model.
