MERCEDES BENZ E-CLASS ESTATE OFFICIAL PHOTOS WITH ENGINE SPECIFICATION AND FUEL CONSUMPTION

The all new 2010  Mercedes-Benz E-Class Estate is going to be revealed athe the Frankfurt Motorshow next month.However Mercedes-Benz had released their Luxury Wagon official photos a month before the actual reveal date.

The E-Class Estate joins the thoroughly revised sedan and coupe variants of Merc’s mid-sizer and will undoubtedly grow both longer and wider than the outgoing five-door. Although the majority of the interior has been ported over from its siblings, the Estate’s party-pieces are its folding rear seats that can be laid flat, a new cargo area nestled within the trunk and a set of rear-facing jump seats bound to make the kiddies car-sick on the Autsbahn.

The luxury wagon is  showered with safety and technology features such as nine airbags that can be increased to 11 if customers opt for the extra rear passenger side airbags, four belt tensioners and belt force limiters, NECK-PRO crash-responsive head restraints and a newly developed DIRECT CONTROL self-leveling suspension, which features the adaptive damping system as standard.

The Estate will feature a similar spread of engines with the E-Class sedan and coupe models. The petrol lineup will include a 204HP 1.8-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder, a 3.5-liter V6 with 292HP and a 5.5-liter V8 with 388HP while the diesel range will comprise of a 170HP four-pot, a 204HP twin-turbocharged 2.2-litre unit and a 3.0-liter V6 with 231HP.
