I believe most of us have done car servicing at particular service center around Malaysia. Whether it is at the authorized dealer or service center or at the unauthorized workshop to service your car regularly. So lets share your experience in servicing your car or in other words, sending your car to service center.

BEST SERVICE CENTERS FOR YOUR CAR?
Some of us like to do all work by ourselve but some of us prefer to just send it to workshop. the best is to send it to authorized service center due to the warranty requirement for few thousand km and the originality of car parts been sold there. But the disadvantage is the expensive service charge compare to other unauthorized service workshop which offers cheap car service package.
Just beware of not genuine parts offered by outside workshop that will make your car worst.
I have my own experience doing a service at the EON and Proton edar service center (pusat servis) which I can conclude that the service center is the best in Malaysia for customer service and technical service.
Many of us hard to believe that Proton Service center is good and really satisfying. I have visited 3 different service center for Proton. 2 of it is very good while one of it which is in EON Glenmarie Service center is not so good because they don’t allow customer to enter the service hall to see the work done and too long time to wait for them to service the car.
The Eon Service Center branch in Sg Buloh is among the best due to it is fast, customer friendly, can understand what is your problem and needs and i managed to tune the car for free on request.
While the best one is Intan Matang Service Center under Proton Edar Service at Seksyen 25 Shah Alam. Why?
- You can book for your turn and wait at home or other place until they call your phone.
- You have a choice to select which brand of engine oil. For me i prefer Shell but most of Proton Service outlet didn’t offer Shell oil except in Intan Matang
- You will get a FREE car wash on each car service
- Very professional allignment and balancing with proper tools and testing with on wheel balancing which is more accurate to stop tyre vibration
- Have a very comfortable room with air conditioning for you to wait included with car magazine and newspaper and not to forget the Plasma TV with astro for your entertainment.
-Free water for customer – and the best part is there is a free lunch meal for all customer that day.
- Enough and many expertist staff to handle each car with lot of service car park.
- Very friendly in conversation with customer.
- Open 7 days a week! Not only weekdays or office hours
- Free car tuning service during service intervals
I am extremely amazed with what they offer to the customer and just like couldn’t believe that we have a very good example of perfect service center in Malaysia.

I service my car at an authorise dealer. I can choose to change what ever I want. I dont have to book, just walk in and I don’t have to wait long. Cheers.
service kat pusat serivice agak mahal dari bengkel biasa. Lagi pun tak sama harganya antara satu engan lain seperti harga part dan workmanship
wow every thing is free….free lunch & car wash….this is a gold award of Proton Service Centre…a good service centre which always think customer first, customer right & will do every thing for customer satisfaction….never say no or canot word to them…always says yes or we try our best to serve you…..even honda service also does not good as this…

Maybe u can try Toyota Service centre at Segambut, then you may compare the difference of your best service centre.

saya pakai iswara aeroback,kereta saya tu kena langgar dari belakang,bila dah baiki saya dapati kereta saya senget di bahagian belakang dan kedudukan penyerap hentak kereta saya hampir dengan tayar menyebabkan tayar dan penyerap hentak sering bergeser ,kat workshop mane ye yang boleh baiki kerosakan kereta saya?
ada satu service centre kat batu 3 shah alam.tapi tak ingat nama apa.alignment pun bagus kat situ.melayu punya rasanya.
Baru2 ni saya ada ternampak satu van kat area Kajang, ada masuk website dia http://www.mexas.com.my. Yang saya paham diorang ni buat service kereta kat rumah atau office. Saya cuba call memang wujud company ni dan diorang memang buat onsite service. Baru je bukak company ni…so sebab keta dah lama tak service dan masa tu kerja shift malam so saya cakap datang le service keta saya…perodua kancil je he he. Diorang quote harga reasonable (minyak, oilfilter, + beberapa point inspection) tapi datang awal 15 minit dari yg dijanjikan. Kerja pun bersih dan cepat…semua siap dalam 25minit sempat jugak tengok tom and jerry dgn anak2. So far memang saya akan service lagi keta dgn diorang tak yah gi drive sana sini untuk service memang senang. Dengar2 diorang pun ada online service record….tak sure…tak temgok website betul2 lagi.
aku dah cube perkhidmatan nie semalam. kene buat reservation 24jam. buat kat parking lot ofis aku. dpt membership point dan kalau introduce member pun blh dpt points. so far, aku mmg puas hati. diorg rekomen aku pkai minyak bardahl dgn b1 additive. aku pakai semi synthetic bardahl 10-40. lps tu, siap call aku blk tuk buat check lg skali…. dan baru aku sedari yg tayar aku dan berada dlm tahap bahaya(melalui 15 point inspection diorg)…. huhuhu… thanks mexas… aku skrg duk rekomen kat member2 lak…. hahaha

pernah gi service centre proton glenmarie,komplen brek exor aku ada bunyi berdecit..sehari suntuk aku tinggal..keluar sc tu je..bunyi balik..hampeh..dah try gi kat sc proton kat jalan meru klang kat Pantai Baru..komplen gak..sama je…entah dia buat ke tidak tah..pun tinggal sehari suntuk..kesimpulannya,proton kena tingkatkan banyak after sales service dia..aku tgk sekarang ni kebanyakan pengguna proton yg ada problem macam tak dapat penyelesaian dan ibarat bola kena tendang sana sini..main centre dia kat kesas tu pun aku dengar banyak komlen yg x puas hati..aduuuhai…nak beli keta omputih memang tak mampu..dah itu jer yg mampu..tanggung jer ler…
Dulu aku g SC ni utk tukar clock spring, sebab proton recall certain model. dia suruh tunggu sebab nak order parts. dah masuk 3 bulan still takde call. bila aku call dia kata tunggu lagi. Gila ke? 3 bulan dah beb!
Pastu g sekali lagi nka tukar bateri captor. Datang awal pagi, baru ade 4 keta kat bengkel. tgu 2 jam tapi keta masih tak berusik. aku tgk pomen dia semua pilih keta, nak buat yg senang jer. aku tgk keta orang lagi lambat pomen buat dulu. trus jumpa dia punya supervisor, sekali pomen tu buat keta aku tak sampai 10 minit.
aku nasihatkan kalau nak g sini baik lu orang latak keta then blah g memana, petang baru amik or tgu dan perhatikan betul2, sebab takde sistem yg betul utk giliran kereta.
masih hampa dengan kualiti proton service centre walaupun keta proton semakin bagus..
