My Civic Hybrid is just two years old and I am already having problems with IMA battery. Boon Siew (Sabah) were unable to check the problem as their diagnostic computer was not available on the day I sent in the vehicle for service. A big company like Honda does not even have an additional computer for diagnostic purpose, which is a shame. A complaint was made to their President / CEO on 18 July 2012 regarding the problem but there has been no response thus far. This is how Honda Malaysia treats its customers.
